Personalized notes disappeared

Up until yesterday on the App main home screen under the Steps, Readiness & Sleep summary info, was a section for personalised notes from Fitbit App about my Sleep etc & it showed today's / last night's info & then under that yesterday's.  I am getting the Notifications in my Android Notifications but when I click on them or go into the app it's just a blank area now.  Is this a known issue & will it get fixed?  I found this feature very helpful.

@lpjp90 this is a known issue. It will be fixed, but I do not know of a time frame for that.

I've experienced this issue, too. 

The team has suggested:

• Clear the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone, if you're an Android user
• Force stop the app on the your phone
• Restart/open the app

If the above steps don't fix the issue for you, also try uninstalling the Fitbit app on your phone, restart your phone, and re-install the app. 

If both of these troubleshooting steps don't fix the missing Coach summaries, I suspect the fix will be rolling out in an app update.

Hopefully it rolls out soon, I’m on an iPhone 16max and it’s doing the same for me.
