Hi. As per title really.
For no apparent reason this morning the sleep graph showing duration, stages and score has vanished from the “today” page.
I can find the break down in the sleep tab but the graph has gone. Any ideas how to get it back?

Same here. Look like a common issue in the preview version.

It looks like the Coach's morning summary has been changed to where it no longer includes the sleep graph on the Today page. It seems that it changed in version 4.68. I've experienced the same.
Do you see the Sleep duration tile in your morning summary? I found that tapping on the Sleep duration tile in the summary will open to a page with the Sleep stages graph & score. Let me know if you see the same.

I’ve lost the morning summary completely now. (As of this morning)
And the evening summary I was shown last night has also vanished.
with this level of functionality, I’m going to be looking at going back to the old version and then changing platforms when the preview version becomes the only one. It’s just not showing what I need / want.

This is my today page currently.
I would normally have had some sleep data above the wavy line and last night’s summary message immediately below it.

What version of the Fitbit app do you have? To check, tap your avatar in the upper right of the Today page and tap Help in the menu that opens. Your Fitbit app version info will be on the Help page.

Same for me. 4.68 app version. Closing and restarting the app did not help…not even switching to public and back to preview version fixed this. My Today tab is completely blank…my workout from Wednesday doesn’t even show up there.
I have previously submitted Feedback in the app for this. That submission seems to go into a black hole though.

Version 4.68.1 - yea I submitted the feedback
I've done those changes. Has made no difference to what is already showing in the today tab - will see if it updates moving forwards
Fyi last night I got the daily summary notification come through - but when I clicked it there was no info in the today tab

Thanks for your suggestions. Sadly force quit / restart hasn’t worked and last nights summary never appeared at all.
I have raised a ticket.
For those interested version and hardware data in original post.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear that your Sleep graph and summary vanished. I'll be happy to assist.
In the new, redesigned app structure (Public Preview), look at the bottom navigation bar. Click on the dedicated Sleep tab to view detailed sleep duration, stages, and your Sleep Score. If the sleep card is missing from the Today page, tap Edit (or the pencil icon) at the top of the Today tab and ensure the Sleep tile is enabled.
If the sleep data is missing in both locations, it may be syncing:
-Force Sync: On the Today tab, drag the screen down to force a manual sync.
-Clear Cache & Restart: Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Fitbit App > Storage > Clear Cache. Then restart the app.
-Verify Sleep Duration: Fitbit requires at least 3 hours of sleep to generate a detailed sleep stages graph.
-Ensure the tracker is worn snugly to detect heart rate properly; otherwise, you may get a simple "sleep pattern" instead of a full breakdown.

Sorry @AndreaFitbit you've misunderstood. Until midweek this week, the today page had a summary of sleeping, a summary of the day, etc. at the end of the day a wavy line would show the next day and then the summaries would come through over the course of the day. Since midweek this is no longer happening. The data is in the relevant tabs for sleep etc, but not in the today page summary feed

Hello @KNoceros , @f1tzy1 , @TDubMan , @Heuvelc
After weeks of not getting an evening brief, it finally re-appeared for me last night. Today, the Morning summary took awhile to appear. Hoping that this is a good sign.
I understand that the Public Preview can be very frustrating when all of a sudden, we're not getting the summaries and metrics that we normally see. I've experienced it myself.
If I get any additional updates from the team on this issue, I'll report back.
