Hello, 

does the fitbit app still work on a iPad mini 2 (2013)? I was abel to get the app but it asked me to download a older version so i did. if i put the ace 3 next to so it can search for it, it won't. if i try just sjipping that part and sign in with my gmail account, it says problem creating account, try agian later?

can someone giveme an answer

Hi @coop0123   The Fitbit app requires iPad OS 16.4 or higher.  The Ace 3 is a child’s device.  Are you aware of this information.
