I've noticed the the calories burned in the Public Preview is very wrong. It's much more noticeable at the start of the day. The pictures attached show my view this morning in the "old" interface verses the "preview" interface.
The issue appears to be that in the preview there is always a massive spike of calories attributed to the current hour, and this knocks up the total assumed for the day so far.
My theory is that the "extra" calories attributed to the current hour are possibly taken from the assumed calories to be burned throughout the rest of the day (if no higher burning activities occur) - I know the app predicts what your end of day number will be so that it can give you a calorie intake goal. That theory might be wrong - but either way, the Public Preview is giving showing the wrong value for energy burned so far in the day.

@RiekoC I've submitted info via the Feedback feature. But it doesn't allow any formatting or attaching of images - so I suspect that the developers will NOT get the best and most useful feedback that way.
It's silly really - there should be a way to report bugs OUTSIDE of the app. It's not unlikely that a person experiencing a bug won't be able to report a bug using the app itself.
Please can you suggest that an external bug reporting tool be considered, and one that allows users to attach pictures etc.

Hello @pbaines
I agree there should be a better way to submit an issue report which allows for attachments and pictures/screenshots.
I checked the Product Feedback forum (<-- click) and didn't see a feature request for a better way to submit Issue reports that includes submitting pictures & attachments. Please consider submitting the feature request. From what I understand, the developers monitor the Product Feedback forum to see what features are being requested for potential future implementation.
If/when you submit your feature request, please consider replying to this thread with a link to the request so that users can add their vote & comments.
