Will this be able to replace apps like gravl and fitbod?
Like, i tell Gemini i go to a full gym, and it makes a strength training program that does progressive weight additions for hypertrophy

@LawnPaul yes, it will have the ability to do that. During onboarding, it will look at your recent exercise history and try to create a program for you. If you don't like its recommendations, you can explain that and it will adjust your plan to meet your requests.

Okay, I have the preview now. However:
Exercise sets should have the ability to save individually between. That way Fitbit can implement a rust timer between sets.
A plate calculator should be included. For example, if I am told to bench press 135 lb, it should tell me two 45 lb plates on top of the 45 lb barbell. plate math is hard, LOL
Linking works nicely, but you have to wait a minute or two to complete the exercise in the phone app so as to allow the pixel watch to sync the completed workout
Also, need the option to type for when searching for exercises. I went to add planks today, it took a while to scroll all the way down to the P section
Workout summery should show how many sets of each exercise you did and what weight. Just listing that I did a squat doesn't really give me anything to compare to for improvements or not
Actually, since the fitness coach is supposed to do progressive overloads for high hypertrophy, I think it should actually have a whole history section with graphs. I'm not sure if that's asking for too much or not. Just something people will point out that other apps do
Need a refresh button, or swap button for exercises. I am already seeing extreme repetitive setups. Even the in the same order
I asked the coach to set up strength training exercises for my mornings, and then afternoon walks. The coach is unable to do two separate workout plans for a day. It can only do one.
If I do manually start a walk on my pixel watch, it will still save it. However, I would really like to see it in my exercise plan. That way I can rotate between brisk walks and jogging based on Coach recommendations.
I also would like to be able to plan cardio classes.

@LawnPaul I would recommend using the "like" and "dislike" thumbs (👍 or 👎) in the app to provide feedback. Our input there is seen by people who can make changes and enhancements. It may feel like it's going into a black hole, but it isn't.
Of course, you're also welcome to post your thoughts and ideas here, so keep them coming!

@alexthecat unfortunately there isn't a thumbs up or down button in the exercise area. There is when it gives you the chat on the today page but not actually daring the exercise or while viewing the exercise set.
That also goes for when the page doesn't load to review What happened.
I did use the menu button up by the profile pic and send feedback in that way.

@alexthecat Nice to see you around. Thank you for sharing your insights.
@LawnPaul A warm welcome to the Community!
Thank you for your feedback on the personal health coach public preview.
We appreciate you sharing your experience.
You are correct, the workout plan is currently limited to one workout per day. We understand that the ability to schedule multiple workouts in a day is an important feature, and we have shared your feedback with the team.

@LawnPaul that's interesting. I see thumbs up or down for both the Exercise Plan and the individual exercise days in the plan. That's where I've been leaving feedback.

Hi @LawnPaul
Make sure to submit all of this using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app.
If we hear that the team wants to us to use the Product Feedback forum to make feature requests for the Public Preview, we'll let you know.

I am interrested in this also. Does the AI Coach take into account when I was on a big gravel ride the day before? So my legs are tired but my upper body is read for some weight training? How can you monitor progression?

@BRogers80 in a situation where muscles are tired in a certain area, you could change it up easily
You can ask the coach letting it know that you want to give a certain area of rest
OR
What I like to do is click and drag the days. You can actually move whole days around if you want to.
Here's a short I uploaded showing how to move the days manually

So far after letting it track my workouts over the past few days it seems like the AI Coach is aware of the workouts, but doesn't necessarily take that into account when setting up your workout plan. Could just be my experience though. @LawnPaul 's video shows you how you can move around the exercises to different days. Thanks for taking the time to post the video on that!

Great, I am trying to do exactly that and haven't figured out how to enter a gym strength workout. I have new Gemini Coach and a Pixel Watch 3.
I'll keep trying, but it is good to see it is possible.
How did you get those structured workouts into your schedule? If the coach makes them, can you go in ahead of time and edit them?

Ok, thanks for this. Does the coach adapt your equipment? So can you tell him I have some dumbbell and a climate bar?
Are the generated workouts varied so that you don't always do the same triceps exercises?
It seems to me that this could be the first platform of the big ones that can do this well.

@BRogers80 just start a chat, and tell it whether or not you have a full gym. If you only have a home gym, just tell it what equipment you have.
If there's an exercise that you don't like at all, just tell it's never give you that one again
The workouts are varied, but I have noticed some repetition. You can delete a specific item and add an item. If you see repetition send in feedback. That's what I've been doing. I notice when I searched add different workouts. Some of them don't have the AI video example, so I'm guessing that means they're still adding a lot.
There is also no type to search yet. That is frustrating. So if you want to do planks, you have to scroll all the way down through hundreds of exercises. Make sure to send to feedback in for that, that one needs to be done quickly

@chris_in_cal just started chat with the coach, and tell it exactly machines you own. You can probably even say the brand and it will know.
It does show future workouts, but only for the week. Sunday mornings it generates the new week. You are able to edit by adding and deleting different things on the different days. You can also move around the days. I posted a video on that one up above

@LawnPaul the search utility for exercises is coming. I don't know a timeframe for that, but it's definitely on the way relatively soon.

Thanks, I'm finishing a Garmin strength structured workout plan this week. I am wanting to start a new plan next week. I'll give this a try, hopefully it works well.
I really liked the Pixel Watch 3 - Wear OS app that HEVY created, I used that on my Pixel Watch, before I jumped back to the Garmin.
If Fitbit AI Coach can give me a full-fledged, editable, structured workout on my Pixel Watch that allows me to easily track everything...I'll be happy.

I think I'm going to try this. I'll make a careful accurate list of the equipment in my gym, and posted it to the coach as my limitations.
E.g. My gym has a
etc. Maybe it will understand and recommend appropriate exercises for my gym.
