Like, i tell Gemini i go to a full gym, and it makes a strength training program that does progressive weight additions for hypertrophy

@chris_in_cal it may be easier to tell it you have a fully stocked gym, and if it give you a day with something you dont have, just let it know then. 

I told it i have a full gym, and have not been given an exercise of something unavailable yet

"It" just created a first weekly plan starting on Sunday for both runs and strength training sessions. 

I see the first strength training session is comprised of activities in my gym that I did last week using my Garmin.  Somehow Fitbit did read those Garmin strength routines, even though Fitbit wouldn't display the activities in my feed. (petty)

I'll go in and see about using my Pixel Watch 3, Personal Health Coach, and a provided structured weightlifting workout in my gym.....promising.

The AI coach makes a nice full-gym based structured workout for me in my new weekly plan. I go to said full-gym and start clicking around my Pixel Watch 3 and can't find the structured workout. I ask the AI coach how to access it 

"I cannot directly integrate with your Pixel Watch 3 to display the workout on its screen. However, you can view your workout plan here in our chat, and then manually track your exercises using a fitness app on your watch."

I have to carry my phone around? Defeats the whole purpose of having this Pixel Watch 3. I'm in disbelief and thinking I am making a mistake, because this seems ludicrous.

@chris_in_cal there is still a lot of work to do in the exercise section. My guess is the watch update will have to come after all the phone app stuff is done being updated.

I hope you are right @LawnPaul, I had written more at length on my plans to use "personal health coach powered by Gemini." going forward, but it was moderated out.  Good luck in the meantime everyone.
