Ability to customize reminder to be more discreet

It would be great to have a discreet reminder alarm that does not need to be dismissed and only goes off once.  This would be great for reminding you that you need to bring a meeting/client session or anything else that is time sensitive, so that you don't have to keep checking the clock all the time.  The existing alarm buzzes several times, and repeats after 9 minutes, both of these are noticeable as are actions required to dismiss the alarm.  Sometimes you want a reminder but don't want others around you to be aware.
