Ability to select custom activity from a list.

In the past, I have been able to create a custom activity and then later select it from a list when I do that activity again. My older custom activities still show, but now when I create a new one, it isn't saved. So I have to create it all over again every time, and now my list of custom activities is super long, because it has the same one listed over and over. This is not really a feature request, it's a feature fix request.

Not sure what thoughts the community is supposed to contribute with? If it needs fixing it needs fixing. The OP already said it all.
