Able to return to previous Fitbit app version

Woke up this morning to your new app. To say the least I am not impressed. It lacks color and is boring and adds nothing new to what was there before. I absolutely hate it. I am a longtime Fitbit user but this might actually change that on next purchase.

In my experience a tracker like Fitbit gathers information and displays it for you. It tells you.

Apple Watch requires that you tell it things: what to track and when.

For me that’s very frustrating. I don’t want to have to plan for the data collection. Just do it!

what is quite amazing - is that, despite over 3000 votes - it doesn't show up in the list of most popular, (eg of the 3 filters, 'top', hot and recent), it's no longer visible in the list! It's almost like Google are hiding this request. Always good customer service. Search on 'hot' and 'bring back' is a common topic.

Come on Google - listen to the customers of fitbit, (not Google), about what we want, (back), from our devices and app to read the data. It's shockingly poor service, contemptable, even.

The update to the exercise screen that shows time of day instead of distance for the top stat during runs or other workouts is nonsense. Runners need to see pace and distance displayed simultaneously for their workouts. We do not need to see what time it is.. we are not worried that we are running late for anything while out on a run or bike ride. Please fix this!

I do not like the latest app update. The new look is too generic.

Please go back to the old UI! The new is not user friendly, it’s so incredibly hard to read. Because everything looks the same, it’s hard to distinguish the different categories and the data graphs are hard to read.

I absolutely second that. I hat the new interface. It’s very user unfriendly!

I cosign this statement!

It's absolutely horrible and not appealing to the eye and honestly it didn't bother me when I wasn't tracking but now I'm tracking again and trying to screenshot and share to motivate others and nothing fits on 1 screenshot and it's all so ugly.

They had no complaints and now they can't even go back because they think it will make them look bad when really We'd love them for it.

This new interface is horrible! I have been using Fitbit for 6 years and postponed the "upgrade" until it was forcefully done and this is the worst "upgrade" that one could wish for. I am very disappointed. Will have to switch to another health tracker.

Yep, 10 years using fitbit going backwards

Yup, I don't want to waste the money throwing it away but it irritates me every time I check the stats. It's a constant reminder of a job poorly done and a disregard for the user.

On a positive note, they added back a graph for heart rate over time under the exercise, different from the old one of course but something

I have that one noted. Only reason I don’t like it is because it is a bigger watch than a charge 5 or 6. Would prefer smaller.

I am a heart attack surviver so monitoring my heart rate is very
important to me. up until recently finding my average and peak heart
rates was there to see. now, all I can find is my average, zone minutes
and how much time I've been in each zone but it doesn'y show the peak
heart rate/that's what I need to see.

So true but features that separated fitbit from the others have vanished
since Google bought them.
I'm still a diehard fitbit user for at leat 10 years.
Just have to keep asking nicely

My fitbit no longer picks up AFib events either. Very disappointing

Strange how you really have to go out of your way and search for this thread now. Anyone would think that Google can't take criticism.
