I would like to see that you have the option of getting hourly movement reminders for a certain time frame, but the goal to move can be a different, smaller number. I seem to miss a lot of my reminders lately and it would be great if I could still get my hit of dopamine from accomplishing my goal, but with a couple of hours missing in the middle.
I might walk 26000 steps in a day but miss one hour during the hours I set for my hourly amount, and it just ends up making me sad and frustrated and want to turn off the reminders to move completely, even though I appreciate what they do. I think this option would great improve my morale. Ie. set goal for 10 hours/day, but reminders for 12/day.
