Add First Direct to Fitbit Pay (UK)

You need to add first direct, plus all of the other major U.K. retail banks to fitbit pay. Otherwise your advertising here in the U.K. is mispresenting some of your products.

I've been waiting years for more uk banks to be added. Fibit it's so disappointing! Why aren't you adding more? You look at the USA list it's completely full!

I was under the impression from all the info about Fitbit Charge 5 that I would be able to use the main UK bank cards to pay and wish that it had been made clear that hardly any can. Some of the ones listed for the UK I haven’t heard of! Really disappointed. 😞

Please add more UK banks - First Direct especially - to the FitBit wallet options in the UK - otherwise what is the point of having a Fit bit payment system -  V disappointing.

I woudl like to see "squash" added as a sport - tennis is about as close as I can get - why such a short list of sports ?

Agreed - there is a very disappointing lack of UK bank support. Needs to support major UK banks including FirstDirect rather than obscure new-commers.

I agree with previous comments that Fitbit need to work on UK High Street Banks to accept use of Fitbit pay. It's frustrating with all the marketing & regular reminders of what we "should" be able to do with Fitbit device. You'll lose ground on competitors products if this isn't sorted & it's such a good product for all other uses.

Yeah I agree with all these comments. Fitbit marketing material is misleading for customers in the UK. One of the reasons I bought a Fitbit was to be able to use the pay function. I haven’t heard of any of the banks they say are available in the UK, and you’re not connected to any of the worlds largest banks that do operate here. Looking through the comments, it’s clear that this has been raised years ago with Fitbit spaying ‘watch this space’ - who has the patience to watch this space for 3 years. Extremely disappointed and hate being mis-sold. Will not be recommending to anyone and will likely be returning my Charge 5.
