Add PAC and PVC Arrhythmia Detection to sleep details

AFib arrythmia detection exists, which is great, but PAC and PVC arrhythmias generally make it impossible to get Sleep Stages and I've been troubleshooting this issue for months before finally determining what was going on. It appears that HRV measurements can't be accurately made with PACs and PVCs, so detection would be useful.
This is needed because:
Getting Sleep Stages is important for many Users, so being alerted to having potential PAC or PVC arrhythmias would be helpful for the troubleshooting process for Sleep Stage issues, and the alerts would also be an indicator to the User that it might be a good idea to speak with their doctor about the PACs or PCVs.
I'd use this: Daily
