I agree with others.  My Fitbit Versa is dying after 2 years, and was contemplating which one to get next, but now I'm torn.  I want the Versa 3, but don't want to downgrade the storing music feature.  Please bring this back!

I really want to upgrade to versa 3. But the fact that you can’t store music can be a deal breaker.  Please allow for music storage on the versa 3 and sense .

Thank you.

Please add this feature as your competitors already have it like Samsung has the web browser that allows them to watch YouTube, google anything they want, etc

Very disappointed that I can't download music on my Versa 3 like I could on my Ionic. I'm returning my Versa 3 because of this. Why are you removing features that our customers like? Apple doesn't do that when they bring out a new product. Are you trying to loose customers? It would be very beneficial for you and your customers to bring this feature back. Aren't we dealing with enough craziness? I really hope you will resolve this issue.

providing GPS and not having the ability to download your own music makes no sense...... Upgrade (????)  us back to previous less expensive Fitbit models.

So sad to read this long thread of unhappy users who all want the same thing, Music while we exercise without needing to bring your phone.
My wife just gave me the Versa 3 for my bday, and I have to keep telling her I love it anyway because I don't want to break her heart.

She keeps saying she wishes she would've bought me a Garmin instead, or an apple watch....please , please fix this issue before the original poster dies of old age, and my body has deteriorated past the point of being able to run...I'm only 40.

Otherwise, anyone here want to buy my Versa 3? only 1 week old

I was a few clicks away from buying the sense until I came across the fact that they aren't going to allow that feature. Lol that is a calculated decision from management to offer a handicapped device for a premium price with the hopes of getting customers to spend even more money. That's laughable. And after reading this thread I would never consider a Fitbit. Remember people we all have the freedom to vote with our wallets.

I am shocked that the versa 3 does not Is let us save music or podcasts on to it. Now but. Now, I have to carry my phone!!?!

A web browser would be really helpful. Something similar to chrome or safari, that could be used without a phone connection, just the wifi (preferably on the Versa 2 watch).

I'm giving up on waiting for this app. It's been 3 years, so I'm trying to make my own, now the Fitbit developer bridge stubbornly won't connect.

Just bought my versa 3 yesterday and so excited to start using it; then realized I have to pay for a subscription to have my music uploaded to fitbit :(.  I am bringing it back to Costco to get the samsung watch 4 instead.

Hi alle, and special to Fitbit.

I orderd  a Fitbit Sense 3.  I wanted this watch for it's futures an especially  the music storage. Just before arrival i was looking for the windows app and wondered why the versa 3 was not available. I googled and found out you only can add playlists from deezer or Pandorra. Such a bummer for me that i have send back the Verse unopend.

To Fitbit:

I noticed the prices of the Verse are dropping. This means the watch is not selling well. Perhaps your management should considder  making the MP3 storage available. I guarantee you will be selling loads of versa 3 watches.

But, as i also noticed this reguest was going on fot 2 years now. so or your managment is deaf or it has other priorities like pleasing Deezer.

Frustrating that a request that is over 2 years old to download playlists onto the watch to NOT have to drag your phone along for runs or, in my situation, paddleboard/kayak laps, keeps being glibly tossed off. Rather than happy talk about not being in the plans, how about a frank explanation of why it is not deemed important by FitBit management to incorporate a.n PRIOR feature into the EXISTING product sets. Is it revenue sharing on Deezer subscriptions? Lack of storage space due sleep and blood ox tracking? What is the technical limitation or what is the financial benefit to FitBit in NOT adding back a prior model feature?
