Add button shortcuts to pause/finish exercise on Charge 6

This is similar to another post about custom button functions, so I’ll piggyback. On the charge 2, once I started an exercise, I could pause with a button press and end the exercise with a long press. Please restore that feature — it makes no sense that clicking the button now takes me to a screen where I have to tap pause or finish.

I don’t want to look at the screen to do something! It should be muscle memory, for accessibility and convenience. If I’m in the middle of biking or running, I should be able to pause or end my workout without needing to look at a screen (not to mention sweat could make the touch screen not work).

Cherry on top would be the request other people have made — custom press, long press, and double tap button functions when not doing an exercise.
