Add hunger symptom to Menstrual Health Tracking

hello please add hunger symptom to female health tracker. Hunger is different from craving. For me, I don't crave anything in particular I just want to eat. I'm trying to pinpoint timelines and triggers and I believe this feature can help me do that.

Thank you

That’s an interesting idea and could be useful for a lot of users that want to eat tooSmiley Very Happy, thanks for sharing this suggestion @JaxMo!  We look forward to hearing what other community members think! Woman Wink

Hunger ( appetite increase or decrease) like many other symptoms are something the cycle tracker needs for sure! Just as much as being able to log the day you ovulate and typical luteal phase length. Apps like Ovia do this really well!

Please add this feature. It would be good to predict when there will be a spike in appetite as one of the symptoms of PMS. It might help us women be more forgiving of ourselves for lapses in our diets. I, for one, do not want to fight my appetite when I'm battling on other fronts as well--like dysmenorrhea, headache, lower back pain, mood swings, among others. Please, please, please!

DEFINITELY need this option! I'm trying to track very specific symptoms to see if I have PMDD. This would help!
