Whenever I take a nap, the Stress Management rating goes down: i.e., it's 14:00 PM and my rating stands at 82. I take a nap, and the rating goes down to 76. This happens because Sleep Patterns rating went down. I live in a country where a nap is considered to be a good healthy thing. Someone at Fitbit needs to have a good look into that algorithm.
