Add “sitting time” tracker to the Fitbit app

I just read an article that says 8+ hours of sitting a day increases your risk of dementia. It would be great if you could add sitting time to the tracker!

Hi @Communityuser44 - there already is provision against sitting too long which is called reminders to move.

The idea is to be somewhat active each hour to break being too sedentary and get the circulation going by taking at least 250 steps per hour.
