Came here to suggest something similar to this - Restless Sleep and/or Hot Flashes.

I always have one night each month that my body temp will not regulate and I have a horrible, restless sleep. It would be great to have that as an option to track as it is a reliable flag to whats coming in the following few days. 😉

I think restless sleep should be added, I'm restless during my period

I'm 61 and haven't had a period in years. Menopause can 20, 30+ years.

There should be an option for trouble sleeping as a symptom in the menstrual health tracking section. There's tired, but you could be tired for reasons other than trouble sleeping
