Add toggle to remove notifications related to movement goals

It would be great if there could be a toggle that would allow me to turn off all notifications relating to movement, specifically related to number of steps, active minutes, and heart rate zones (without having to select custom zones). I find these notifications very distracting while I am trying to exercise.
