Allow more Fitbit exercises to sync to Strava

Fitbit syncing with Strava is very limited. Both Strava and Fitbit have rollerblading/ inline skating, but this sport does not sync between platforms. From my limited research, it appears this is the case with most other sports.

The overall syncing capability of Fitbit is bad.

It should sync easily with Strava period.

When will it be possible to upload non GPS exercises to Strava from Fitbit?

At the moment we can only upload ‘runs, walks, rides’ to Strava.
It would be good to be able to upload ‘spinning’ ‘treadmill’ etc too.
Other brand such as ‘Apple’ ‘Garmin’ are able to upload non GPS exercises to apps such as Strava.
Why are Fitbit so behind other brands?

I agree with others that it's unexpected that a product with as many years behind it as Fitbit, and one that comes from a company facing multiple antitrust lawsuits, has such poor integration with other platforms.

But regardless of whether Fitbit actually ever gets around to implementing better sync, they could at the very least update their documentation. The page here https://strava.fitbit.com/ says "When you connect Fitbit and Strava, your Fitbit activities will automatically show up on Strava for all your friends to see."

Obviously, that is simply not true.
