Allow other eSim providers on Ace LTE

I get the reason why Fi is used, but there are lots of areas outside of cities that the service is terrible. I tried Fi on my phone and it unusable. I have a hard time being able to track and communicate with my kids unless they are able to go on WiFi. Let us configure other eSim providers, even if we still need to pay a small monthly fee to Google
