Allow set alarms with 24 hour format

Maybe it could be possible to set the alarm in 24 hour format.
This is needed because:
Currently if you want to set an alarm for four o'clock in the afternoon you have to set it to 04:00 (4am) and then specify am/pm. It's a small thing and i appreciate some people work in 12 hour clock and some in 24. For those who use 24, it adds a level of uncertainty and is a little bit frustrating.
I'd use this: Daily
