Allow the alarm to go off regardless of steps taken at night

According to the help article "The alarm on most Fitbit devices turns off when you walk 50 steps", and according to support, there's no way to turn off this feature.

There should be a setting to turn off the automatic alarm dismissal so that the alarm always goes off at the specified time and the user has to turn off the alarm manually.

@elena7  Just to clarify, the 50-step alarm turn-off, applies only when the alarm is already vibrating.  For example, getting up and walking 50 steps during the night does not negate a morning alarm that has not yet gone off.

Hi @elena7, thanks for participating in Feature Suggestions. We’re happy to let you know that this already exists on our Fitbit devices. As our friend pointed out, the alarm will go off regardless of the steps you've taken in the middle of the night, before going to sleep again. On the other hand, if you start your daily routines without going to sleep again, your Fitbit device will think you're not going to sleep anymore, hence the alarm will be disabled. We hope you continue enjoying the experience with your Fitbit device and keep adding your suggestions!
