Allow users to choose when to sync devices via app options

I would like to see an option on the mobile apps that allows me to choose a method / time(s) for syncing my device which is currently an Inspire 3. My preference is to sync my Inspire 3 when I open the app rather than having the app trying to connect to my Inspire 3 multiple times throughout the day and can only be stopped by disabling Bluetooth.
