I had Fitbit charge 2 but I changed it with Mi band. I don’t consider having Fitbit charge 5 or any Fitbit unless they have Arabic support at least support the notification. Therefore, please add the Arabic support

This post is since 2018 asking for adding Arabic support for notifications. I am a customer for Fitbit since 2014. The company should sever the global first adding all world location not only certain country and they need to add multi language for notifications. If you want to compete the market competition then you need to act. Please add Arabic support

Hello, I just started using Fitbit after using 2 other tracking bands. Both my previous bands were much cheaper and support Arabic. I changed to Fitbit (Charge 5) given its well established reputation in the field. However, not supporting Arabic is a big letdown especially since it seems that this issue was raised over 3 years ago. Please add Arabic language to notifications.

This problem or topic was raised in 2018 and so far the problem has not been resolved and now we are in 2022, but it seems that Fitbit does not care about the Arab community, there were updates a few days ago and they added four new languages other than Arabic, well, it is now clear that they are really They don't care.

I feel you. It doesn’t just affect the Arabic community, but the ones who have friends in the Arabic world too, and the Arabic written in Latin letters I really really don’t understand.
I loved my Fitbit and tolerated this issue since 2018 as well, but after I realised that nearly all other smartwatches are able to set up arabic languages, I start to questioning myself if Fitbit doesn’t want to include the language package.
Well besides this, the Apple users still don’t has the “transliteration” option.

Arabic is supported on other models (a.k.a Fitbit Inspire) but on the Luxe, all notifications in Arabic display as squares

I think fitbit is aware of that complaint now very well but, does that mean they will take a step further to keep its clients loyalty?!!!

No they are not

I'm happy with my choice to change to another brand anyway

Dear all fitbit moderator,

My advice is to stop misleading the fitbit communities by your useless answers in regards to the arabic notification issue that we all have been suffering from the day one versa has been released. I have so many fitbit devices and i have been a fitbit user since 2012, versa 2 hoder from 2019 and 3 years later still no support for arabic notification.

For the fitbit community that are waiting for the arabic notification support, i advise to stop wasting your time waiting for fitbit for a solution, because lets face it if fitbit has the willing to solve this, it shouldn't take them more then 24 hours to have the update ready for you.

It's a shame that we have been waiting for 5 years for such a small request, too bad fitbit doesn't listen to their customers. For me it's time to move on to other smart :watch:️ that are decent enough not to show  ?  Character when arabic notification arrived.

Ciao.

Totally agree with you Elie and that's why I changed it to A M I Z F I T_ G T S 2

and BTW I don't care about your policy fitbit, remove the comment or the whole account.  You're not worth committing to your double rules.

Greatly summed up cheers mate
