Auto Pause effect on activity time in report

I've set up auto pause for running
After finishing my activity the report shows the duration of my run.
What duration is it? The total duration with all breaks? Or the net duration excluding the breaks? Would it be possible to display the total AND the net duration in the report?
This is needed because:
I'm used to set auto pause for running, walking, hiking & cycling.
I'd use this: Weekly
