Battery full notification for Fitbit Charge 4

The current discussion of this issue is available on the suggestion for "Battery full notification (or vibrate/alarm) so I put it back on." That suggestion is listed as resolved by a third-party app, but many fitbit devices are not smart watches and I would like to see fitbit create a battery full notification for the Charge 4.

I would also like the fully charged notification for my charge 3.

the low battery one is useful and the opposite would be great, less time the device is off my wrist
