Bring back custom heart rate zones

I see references all over the place for being able to set custom heart rate zones, not just a custom max. The problem seems to be that your calculations overestimate what is commonly considered aerobic and anaerobic zones. Aerobic is traditionally been 70 to 80% of max which is 220 minus age. Yours seemed to way overestimate these zones. Probably u
