Bring back exercise shortcuts on Inspire 3

I am not sure why you changed the exercise presets on the Inspire 3 and I fail to see how the new method of listing the 3 most recent exercises helps anyone. For anyone who alters their workouts every day the new way is inconvenient, especially when you do things that are at the bottom of the list. Please bring back the list of 5 or 6 presets.

On my Inspire 3, I used to be able to set exercise shortcuts for about 7 workouts to scroll through. With the latest update, those shortcuts are set within the phone app, but on the Fitbit Exercise screen, the only shortcuts' are my 3 most recent workouts and I need to scroll through 40 to get to the other 4 that I use often.

I find this firmware change very frustrating.  To the point of returning my Fitbit Inspire.  There are now plenty of alternative options at similar price points with better options and interfaces.  There is no way it is more efficient to scroll through 40 exercises to select the ones I use frequently.  I'd rather have 6 set up than have 3 frequent and have to search for the others.  Also, this firmware broke the alarm feature displaying correctly.  The 1st listed alarm appears "off" regardless of "on/off" status when viewing on the Inspire 3.  At this point the only upside of the Inspire 3 over previous Inspire devices is the screen.

@LizzyFitbit @AnnaW56 I too have been frustrated by the shift from exercise shortcuts to only showing your 3 most recent exercise types in the list.

Perhaps there's a very simple solution here: increase the number of recent exercise types shown in the list (to something like 6-10). As a software engineer myself, I know that this could be a simple one line (even one character!) change to the code.

Here's a video showing how silly the experience currently is: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZQT1uWTgfqdKfTgIswqw7-J3Ar1mxHLi/view?usp=sharing
