Bring back graphing daily RHR data over a year

Daily resting heart rate is on a cycle with menstruation. The recent change to show only the average RHR per month on the year view erases the ability to view long-term RHR cycles. Please at least add an option to change to view back to daily for those of us who find it useful.

I had a treadmill/stress test and the cardio message said I overworked myself and to rest up.. the test was 8 minutes it’s not only annoying but inaccurate… it doesn’t know I took a test

Another oversight with this feature is it doesn't appear to allow for recovery days?  Each morning, I get told to target a certain cardio load for the day but some days, particularly for us older folk, taking a day or two for recovery after a good workout is essential.  e.g. I had a good 50-minute hilly run yesterday.  I'm a bit sore and know from experience I definitely need a couple of days recovery before I get out there again - maybe just some easy walks for the next couple of days. But instead, it seems this feature suggests I aim for an even higher cardio load today!

Aint gonna happen!

I have commented previously about this stupid feature but it's become comical now. The cardio prompt seems to alternate daily between shaming me and telling me to slow down. But that's not all - it gets worse! On days I've done a bit more cardio (I've been slowly increasing some running mileage after an injury) it tells me that I'm sooo great that I have a NEW cardio goal. In other words, instead of treating the day of increased cardio as a high volume day that might require more recover, it has started to increase my cardio load. This only results in a cycle of shaming because I'm not hitting this new, unrealistic goal that I didn't ask for. And I've double checked that my fitness target is maintain, not improve...Please let us opt out of this nonsensical nonfeature.
