Bring back scrollable calendar in menstrual health

A recent update has changed the menstrual health calendar to make it non-scrollable. This is essential when tracking your period month-by-month, to have a visual of when periods occured and for how long they lasted. Please bring back a scrollable calendar.

No a single person has a cycle that fits perfectly within a calendar month making this new calendar view useless and irrelevant. It needs to be go back to the way it was before when could scroll up and down between months and view the trends at a single glance. Please return our rolling calendar.

Agreed! NOT a fan of the new changes at all. It's also harder now for me to see patterns in symptoms I've tracked.

Couldn't agree more! The scrolling was very good for following my cycle - impossible with the month-by-month view. Change it back please!

Yes! Scrollable calendar and able to see a small pop-up of symptoms on calendar upon selecting a day like we used to. It's much easier to track trends. This update has me looking for a new app to use.

Agreed! The new changes are completely awful. It doesn't show my symptoms on the calendar before my actual period. I've been logging my symptoms for my doctor so she'll actually believe that something is wrong. All of my data from the last 4 years all the more difficult to consolidate.

Agreed the new changes render the feature unfit for purpose. I'm now having to explore other others (and going back to writing it down on a notepad!)

Agreed! Please bring back the old version.

Voted on a previous feature request that got deleted... Hoping this one doesn't get removed as well as there are a lot of disgruntled ladies talking about this in the community.

Issues with the new UI

1. Can only see calendar month. No one has a cycle that fits perfectly within a calendar month making this view useless. It need to be how it was before ie when could scroll up and down between months.

2. Can no longer click on a day to see what day of the cycle it is. Now would need to manually count. Why remove something so useful?

3. No way of adding ovulation

4. People are complaining in the community about lost data

5. Dates where symptoms are logged are no longer distinguishable by a dot on the calendar view

6. Cannot edit cycle by simply holding down and editing

7. UI is substantially more poor than previous. It's not aesthetically pleasing at all

8. The UX is dreadful. You have taken what was a very easy to navigate period tracker and made it cumbersome and clunky. It's extremely hard to navigate now

Women in the community are asking if any women were involved in this redesign.... We think not! Not a good look for Fitbit.

Please heed the call and bring back the earlier version. Please don't say you can't roll back (which one women got back as an email response which is shocking) as I work in software and know it's 100% possible.

Ditto @Joby1982

You've changed so much of the app, and for the worse.  This new update makes the feature unfit for its purpose.

Please bring the scrollable calendar back and revert back to the old features. The new changes only frustrates us more and more. It's not an upgrade but a hassle to deal with now.

Agree please bring back the old version I have lost access to all of my information which is helpful to provide history to my doctor this new version I can't see how many days or add info it is not user friendly  at all. I will now have to find another tracker as this is now worthless

I agree 100% with @Joby1982

The change have made the tracker completely useless for me. Especially the fact that I can't see what day in my cycle I am on, and have to switch back and forth between days to manually count where I am in my cycle.

I have 6 years of data that has become impossible to read and it is harder to track my ovulation.

I have always loved the tracker, cause I had all my health info in the Fitbit app. But if the tracker doesn't get an update soon, I have no choice but to switch to another one. Very disappointing update, and I have a feeling that no one in the dev/UI/UX team has ever used a menstrual tracker.

Please take our feedback seriously, Fitbit.

Totally agree. The old format was just so easy and user friendly. With this one you have to go back or forward and then count the weeks because it's not there on the same screen and then you forget and have to start again. It's a curious change to make. Is there a single benefit to this new format?

Please looks at all these comments. Every woman here much preferred the old version. We need a scrollable calender, an easy way to see and log symptoms and see what cycle day it is. Please revert to the older version, Many women used this to track and compare their cycles, trying to conceive and for health issues. Everyone has different cycles, no two women have the same. This update is incredibly insensitive, and no explanation whatever why features have been taken away.

I HATE the new version. All useful features seem to have disappeared. You need to be able to see a scrollable calender with symptoms marked with dots to see patterns. A list halfway down the page leaves you doing mental calculations rather than simply ingredient seeing trends. Also for my most recent period it is randomly telling me it will be a 17 day cycle and start on 6th April?

Please can we go back to the older version.

Useful updated would involve correlating resting HR to menstrual cycles so we can see how that changes over our cycle. Also rather than cardio load which seems pointless when it doesn't take into account cycles, consider insights like "your HR is high, you may be about to stay your period" or "your skin temp is up, you may be about to ovulate "
