Bring back the old sleep summary page

When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.

The new layout is very sterile and less charming than before. I miss the cute moon.

I totally agree. I have a sleep disorder and I pay for premium so that I can keep a check on my sleep. Now that is not possible. It appears to only log the 2 longest sleeps now. I woke up early hours with 2 sleeps logged, then several times during the next 3 hours. When I  finally woke up the update had happened and only two sleep logs were recorded and those 3 hours missing.

I can no longer see the breakdown pages where I can check my sleep details. Rubbish. Bring back the previous version or I want my money back!!

Why did you change the visuals for sleep tracking? The new format in the graph is so hard to understand and interpret, and not to mention horrible to look at. Please bring back the original set up. It was much easier for everyone to view, dissect, look at the different stages and understand what was going on.

I, too, have relied on the data available on the old sleep data page. The new is next to useless.

I miss the cute little moon 😢 The new design is ugly and unreadable

I hate the new sleep format. It’s so useless now. The graphs do nothing for accurate comparison. The numbers along the sides are arbitrary, nor are there lines to help you estimate the true number. For example, 2 days ago one of my numbers was 43 but on the graph it gives a number of 46. I had to go into that specific day to get the information I needed because it wasn’t accurately labeled on the graph and if this sounds confusing it’s because it is. Why change to such a friction filled, non intuitive design where people can’t clearly decipher their data?

Got this watch specifically because of the sleep feature, enjoyed getting up every morning to check my sleep stages. Now I wake up and look at this garbage of a graph. We need the old one back, there was nothing wrong with it.

I feel that with such a complete overhaul of an integral system, there should have been a little notice to the community. Tell us a big change is coming. It just blows my mind that they let such an ugly, clunky, useless system replace the old one. Sleep was the only thing I used my Fitbit for and now I don’t think I can stand it anymore.

Agree - I can't possibly understand how anyone saw the new format as "user friendly" or an improvement over the previous format.  It's busy and difficult to interpret at a glance like the original one. I was so disappointed this morning. I check my sleep log every morning and this morning was a let down to see yet again, someone decided to mess with something that was already working perfectly for millions. I concur - please bring back the original format as it added more value for users, and isn't afterall, that the whole intent?

Agree with the comments about the new look, especially sleep. There is not enough variation in color and the new chart is very difficult to read.

I have checked back on other days and I can see some sleep is now missing.

The new update for sleep is awful. Not as user friendly. Does not display as well as before the update. I hate it. No one is happy based on the reviews and community submissions. I would change it back.

With the new update, the visual UI is difficult to look at, less detailed, and feels incomplete. I really enjoyed the previous format and want the option of going back to it. I enjoyed the happy moon I got when I get a good night's sleep, and silly enough, the happy moon was part of the reward for getting good sleep.

Please, please, please revert back to the previous screen display for sleep analysis!!!  This new display is virtually unreadable!!  And now it’s extremely difficult to compare current sleep graphs with previous days/weeks graphs at a glance!  It’s beyond my understanding why Fitbit would make such a user-unfriendly change.  After recommending Fitbit to many friends, for me it’s time to start shopping around for a different fitness tracker.  Sorry Fitbit!

YES,PLEASE, PLEASE BRING IT BACK. The Fitbit sleep graphics are the first thing I look at every morning and it used to make me happy-even with a bad score! Now looking at the new graphics makes me feel sad and depressed, and I don’t even want to open up app anymore. I hate the way it looks now and I desperately hope you will bring the old graphics. I could also scroll through all of my past sleep scores very quickly and easily, and now it takes more steps to see all my old data and I have to keep looking at that ugly graphic. I like the dark and the blue and everything about the way it used to be.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

How do I vote to bring it back? Just by giving a thumbs up?

Agree with various other comments. Cumbersome, unattractive, non-intuitive; basically, it's virtually impossible to read/use this new version, rendering the sleep info pretty much useless. Very disappointed as this was the main element keeping me with fitbit rather than switching to another tracker.

The new way Fitbit is displaying sleep data is messy, ugly, and horrible. Unreadable. Put it back to the way it was before, please.

The new layouts are boring, hard to read and have absolutely taken the fun out of using Fitbit. All I see are either “Lets gooooo!” comments on your social media, which seem like fake comments, or people complaining that they want the old format back! We come here and it’s more formulaic responses ignoring the concerns. Reddit is full of people like me, dedicated users of 10 years who feel Googls ruined this great tracker and are looking elsewhere. I won’t be back if you roll out a new and more costly product- which I suspect is the goal. You alienated the loyal fans and don’t seem to care. Such a disappointment.

I intend to send in a customer service request every day until they budge.
I don’t think it is right that they take our money that we paid for for
one service and then change it midstream.

I hope everyone floods customer service until they realize their error! It
doesn’t necessarily have to revert back (though I thought it was perfect
before), but at least make an upgrade with equal quality and functionality.

Yes, I would also like to have the old sleep summary page back. The one now is not useable or helpful

Fitbit changed the sleep graphics and they are now terrible to look at and not user-friendly

I absolutely loathe the new sleep summary layout. It's very hard to read. Makes me want to not use it anymore. Genuinely considering cancelling my fitbit subscription.  Definitely not an improvement.

The sleep chart “update” is impossible to interpret. Please put it back like it was. This is honestly the worst “improvement” I have ever seen. You will lose people with what you have done, which was to destroy your best feature.
