I already posted this once and it was moved to "request for medium band." This is not what my suggestion related to and was not and answer.
I request a change to the fitbit website when ordering bands. The website defaulted to large rather than requiring the user to choose a size. Because of this, I ordered a large when I needed a small. I am not requesting a new band size. I am requesting a change to the order process on the website to ensure other people to not make the same mistake I did and end up with a nearly unusable band size. The requirement for a user to select a product size is how Amazon and every other single website I've ever purchased anything product that has a size works. This is unique to Fitbit in that they don't have this requirement.
I am starting to get very annoyed with Fitbit between the poor customer service when I tried to raise this issue and now my post not being read and being re-categorized incorrectly. I am not requesting a new band size. Now I very much wish that I had gone for an apple watch rather than a Fitbit where the band wore out in under and year and now I have a $47 band that I can't use correctly.
