Change scale and axes on weight tracking graph

Please consider altering the scale and axes on the weight tracking graphs. A three pound weight loss is huge - but barely visible on the graphs. Changing the scale would encourage focus by highlighting success!

I'd like to second this suggestion. My biggest motivation for having a fitbit scale is to see progress that is otherwise hard to detect. I can lose motivation to exercise if I can't, at least, look at a bargraph and see real progress. In my opinion, you don't even have to make it very complicated or give people the ability to scale Y. But PLEASE just scale the graph so that whatever data is being tracked doesn't look like a flat-line to those of us with lofty goals who need motivation the most.

The weight graph shows as a flat line and very difficult to see variations of a few pounds. The vertical scale is large enough that it is very hard to see progress. The week and month view are frustrating because at the beginning of the month it shows data only from that month - so a few points, when a much more useful view would be to show a rolling period of the past 30 days.

Suggested Improvements

* Allow y-axis scale to be changed (simple +, -  buttons could achieve this, or pinch/stretch on screen)
    - I finally figured out that the "weight goal" sets the minimum value on the vertical axis, so if you want to lose a lot of weight, this graph will be very demotivating because you'll see a flat line. TEMPORARY work around: set a short term goal with a much closer value to your current weight, and it will make the graph look better

* Allow graph to show full screen

* Make periods (week/month/year)  to be rolling at show the past 30 days for example instead of days so far in the current month

* Other graphs such heart rate could also benefit from this functionality improvement (zooming, rolling data)

There have been MANY past posts from prior years about this issue, but nothing has been fixed.

Love this idea 😀:light_bulb:

As I posted this 4 years ago (just before I switched to Apple as the data is so much easier to read) and nothing has been done - I think it’s unlikely now. Great to have a forum for member feedback FitBit - not so awesome when it’s ignored!
