Charge 3 extend alarm duration and strength

I just purchased the Charge 3.  The alarm is very disappointing on the Charge 3. I am not a deep sleeper at all, and even with the strong feature enabled, it is still too soft to wake me. And given that it only alarms once, and the duration is not very long, if you sleep through that one, you're doomed if you use this feature to wake you up.  It would be nice if it had the feature like my FitBit One that continued to vibrate until I shut it off.  If I slept through the initial alarm, (which was very strong compared to the Charge 3) then there were 3 more after sure to wake me up.

Well today was the first of what I feel will be many days.  I have 4 alarms set at intervals of 5:15, 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 to wake me as a recommendation for the alarms.  Since the Charge 3 did not wake me through any of these for me to even set the snooze - I finally woke up on my on at 7:30 AND WAS LATE FOR WORK!  This is ridiculous.  I only had to switch to this one as my FITBIT ONE battery completely died.  Even when I purchased a makeshift thick plastic watch type band from China to put the FITBIT ONE into while I was sleeping,I could still feel the vibrations on the first time and it continued to vibrate UNTIL I SHUT IT OFF!  The Charge 3 is disappointing me more and more as I use it.  It even stops recording my sleep on a regular basis.  The three most important features that I purchased it for were 1. Sleep tracking, (which it doesn't do on a regular basis), 2. To use as an alarm to silently wake me (and not my husband), and 3: Steps counting (not while I am asleep).

I cant believe that something that is supposed to be one of the top of the lines is so limited in functionality.  I thought that I could PROGRAM MYSELF, (believe it or not)  to start waking to this non existent alarm, but it seems that will not be the case.  What a shame. Looks like I will have to purchase and alarm and a simple step counter to make up for this very disappointing Charge 3 pretty watch only. Maybe someone who want to just look pretty will purchase it from me.  Very disappointed FITBIT with this product.

I have been an HR charge user since it came out.  I was on my 4th one as I wear them out until they fall apart.  I really wanted more features that the newer fit bits have so I broke down and bought the charge 3.  One of my  biggest things I loved about my HR charge was the silent alarms.  They did the job very well.  So I just tried the alarm on the charge 3 and what a disappointment. I can hardly feel it. Why can't this be made stronger!! So sad :(. Fitbit needs to make options for stronger alarm vibrations for people who sleep heavily.  I can't be the only one out there that feels like this!

I have to set 5 alarms 5 minutes apart to wake me up. This feature is essential for the Charge 3.
