I just switched from Surge to Charge 3 and I noticed Hiking is missing, any way to add it to my charge 3

It's there. You need to go to the app, tap on your device settings, go to "Exercise Shortcuts," delete one that is pre-loaded, then select ""Hike" from the list of possibilities.

You add hooking to the Charge 3 the same way it was added to the Surge, Blaze, Ionic and Versa.
