Complaints space within Fitbit interface

I have recently had an awful experience with Fitbit, trying to get my faulty product at least looked at and potentially fixed. Trying to get through to anybody is extremely difficult, and isn’t straight forward at all. There is no complaints department which I would have found helpful in this situation. The characters aren’t enough to fully explain
