Create quick release bands for Inspire series

The pin system used for the Inspire family are difficult to use. I'd like to see you go back to the quick release bands used in the Alta series. Also, it seems most people dislike the silicone bands. The elastic bands available from third parties are far superior. Fitbit seems resistant to use non-silicone, non-buckle bands.
