It appears that for over 2+ years, Fitbit hasn't addressed this very simple programming issue to allow the "standard" volumes to be edited & saved by the user for the so-called "Quick Add For Today" function, within the Fitbit App.  The "goal" can be edited.  It would be easy to do the same thing for the "icons" for each.  i.e.  The glass, bottle and large bottle icons, so that the user's could change their particular input to what they use.  I personally drink, per my doctor's recommendation, 2-3 bottles of Smartwater per day, each being 33.8 ounces (or 1L).  It would be nice to have the "option" to change these default setting for individual's preference of what they use.  EASY, BASIC programming folks!!!  Step up, Fitbit and get this done please!  Make it truly a "Quick Add For Today" icons/measurements. Fitbit, show that you actually do listen please!!!  Thank You!!!

Please add this option to the water consumption settings as none of the 3 defaults are of use to me.

It would great to be able to set custom water sizes instead of using the default sizes. I know it may seem minor knowing we can manually input the amounts. I imagine there are many users that use the same size Beverage container on a regular basis that is not one of the default options. It will assist users and be another simple feature of customization to entice new and current users.

After three years or so I assume Fitbit aren't planning to make this a thing but I'd like to add my voice. I live in Australia where water commonly comes in bottles of 450ml, 600ml, and 750ml so it would be handy to be able to have these as defaults.

Surely it wouldn't be rocket science to make the three buttons editable and shove a "reset to default" option in the menu?

Adding a "plus one" to this. The default "Quick Add" water values are useless in the US. A standard water bottle is 500ml (16.9 oz) and the next standard size up is 700 ml (23.7 oz). Even if counted as rounded, they're still off (especially the standard bottle which is almost an entire ounce off). The ability to use our own Quick Add values would make this portion much more useful.

I live in Australia and would like to be able to have a 600ml quick add option for water too.

I just want options. I need a quick add for 20 oz. Please add a feature where we can choose our quick add water amounts.

Unfortunately, I'm not the developer, just one of many who has posted a similar request.

I'll add my voice to this request. I would LOVE to be able to customize the quick add water menu. I have a 20oz bottle that I use when working out. Having to type in the amount every time just sucks.

This is an issue that bothers me every time I log water!  I have one water bottle that is just about a full lite, by the smaller one that I use at work is only about 450 mls.  I log it as 500, but I have to remember to have one or two extras at tehbeginning or end of the day that I don't log to make up for the difference between what I'm recording and what I'm drinking.  My drinking glasses at home are 550 mls and 300 mls . . . customizing would be fantastic.

It would be nice to edit quick add water in Windows app also. Small water glass 200 ml and standard small water bottle Finland 330 ml.

Unbelievable!

Please show me the thread with the suggestion and thousands of votes that we wanted the ability to switch on and off live streaming of tracker data to app. You guys are not for real 😮

Just make the preset values customisable. My bottles of water are 600mL and 1L. Not the 500mL and 750mL.

Good Luck with that! Don't hold your breath. Fit bit doesn't even reply, one way or another.  They have no "social skills". Such a simple fix, IF they would just do it!!!

Fitbit has ignored this request for at least 3 years. Just like they've ignored virtually every other customer request. These feature request forums are just a waste of bandwidth. Fitbit doesn't care what its customers want. The only way to get the features we want is to buy a different brand of product.

That's what I just did and what I recommend to people now... Just buy another brand. Pass Fitbit products up... Because of Customer "No Service"... And a product that is not keeping up!

Joining this. I understand 8, 16 and 24oz, but you should be able to change them to reflect your personal water bottle preference. I use a 32oz bottle at work and a 12oz glass at home.

For those complaining that they're drinking bottles that are 16.9oz, are you so worried about that ounce affecting you hit your goal that you can't just hit the 16 or type in 17? Also, why are you still using those water bottles? Do yourself and everyone else a favor and get yourself a refillable bottle. You'll be glad you did.

please put a 16.9 oz bottle on quick add for water intake.  most water bottles are 16.9 oz.  I know you can manually add it but it's so much easier to just hit add.

Good idea. Even better would be the ability to add "quick" sizes of your own. For example, I often drink 20 oz. bottles which I have to add manually.

I like that idea!!

Yes, I'd like to be able to choose my own three quick adds. My favourite water bottle is 600ml (and is the standard for shop bought water bottles as well). I'd prefer 300ml (for when I'm half done) and 600ml if I drink the whole lot quickly.

Even better would be to have done the search and added your vote to one of the already existing 12 threads on this suggestion
