I have Fitbit Surge and the option for notification works pretty poor as the messages in Cyryllic are not shown as they should be, they are show in squares.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity and labels.
We are waiting for Cyrillic support for so long, that i began loosing my hope that some day my Fitbit Surge will support Cyrillic as my friends Apple iWatch, or Samsung Gear do.
Question to Fitbit support:
Are you going to solve this problem or you are going to ignore us in the future as you are ignoring us now?
I truly believe that you keeping ignoring us with this problem, and this makes me to be upset by Fitbit. And I'm not sure, will I but my next watches from Fitbit.
You have a lot of users from CIS countries who don't speak english languages and still you don't have a Russian interface neither for your web site, nor for fitbit app.
If you do not want to loose fans please hear us and make changes.
Give me the ability to help You in Your good work and put the firmware tracker Blaze and mobile applications. I'll do it absolutely for free. And all users will use it.
From Your side we need software support for Cyrillic.
Just purchased Blaze and disappointed to learn there is No Russian Language support in notifications. Other smart watches support it, I found out. Is it in the works ?
I just purchased Blaze and was disappointed to learn there is no Russian language support in text notifications. I think it would be wise for Fitbit to include it, since Fitbit is competing against other smart watches and I found out that others support Russian Language. This can affect sales, especially when Russian speakers will not purchase it, because of lack of language support.
I doubt it, since others don't support it so I think it's related to software that they all use. For 299 Apple is a better option and it supports Russian Language for sure, since my friends use it.
How I think for all of us supporting Russian language in current Fitbit products is most important thing then supporting in future release, because not all of us will buy new Fitbit products if Fitbit don't improve language support. We live in 21 century and absent of Cyrillics is abnormal.
I have contacted Fitbit support on multiple occasions and the answer always was something like (this is one of the examples):
"At this time, we've forwarded your information to our Technical team, who will review it.If there is any interest of further questions. they will reach out to you."
I think this the time to take this issue to social media and share this poor customer experience with Fitbit. This is outrageous!
