Dark Theme in Fitbit App for Android and iOS

Hello, It is a sincere request to add the dark theme for the android application as the appearance of the application during night time is very bright and with the dark theme it will be easier to use the application and not cause any harm to one's eyesight

Please add dark mode in the application Fitbit. White background hurts the eyes in dim environment.

Dark mode save battery smartphone witch AMOLED Screen.

Add option for a Dark Mode on the App.
This bright white background is offensive in this day and age. Its blinding at night, and not just for you - it lights up the whole room! Such that it's not worth using the alarms & silent alarms was part of the purchase. It's blinding on evening or morning walks (and runs according to numerous other users).

Above is a new "Feature Suggestion" which is where Fitbit wants you to re-write your suggestions so people can vote on them in multiple places... If everyone votes for all of them over again, maybe they'll produce this time...

Now one of the other Moderators has moved this to a Closed Thread that you cannot reply to...  I tried to reply but it won't show up there no matter how many times you refresh the page...  APPARENTLY they want us to all GO VOTE THERE...

This post is ANCIENT!!!  and it says it's already closed... so no one is coming back here to post or reply or VOTE from something that's from 2017 and isn't even in consideration...    You cannot click on comments (locked) to vote for others ideas or suggestions - I could not even reply in the thread - had to come back here to my email to respond  - which means that OTHER CANNOT REPLY!!  I've seen this post before and it being closed is the reason a NEW post was created...

It makes it look like you're just moving this here to shut us up because Fitbit does not seem to care to listen to it's clients (some comments from 2015!).  It's misleading to believe that people will vote for something that is closed..  To be clear - this type of move makes the Community Forum rather useless...  I know that I at least have not had one success here yet.

So, millions of users have been asking for dark mode on the phone app, & it’s always “not in the plans” or “not achievable at this time.” But this is not true. I am related to an app developer, & this is nonsense thing that could very easily be done, so do it. You already know what it should look like - black is one of your share screen options.

Please have an option to make the Windows 10 desktop software have a dark theme. Often it's a toggle in this type of software - Discord, Bitwarden, Outlook.

Allow the Fitbit app to have the option of a permanent (or potentially timed) dark / night mode setting where the background is black or dark gray.
(Twitter or Kindle's night modes are the best examples I have right now).

Users should be able to choose if they want to be in light mode / dark mode. The white background is harsh on the eyes, especially at night which is when a lot of people are active due to work schedules. This should work on the desktop app as well as mobile apps. I couldn't choose a blanket term for app so I must specify it here.

Currently Fitbit app's theme can't be changed. It always has a light background. I wish it could allow users to choose a dark theme.

Just had an app suggestion, I usually update my app for the day as I lay in bed before I go to sleep. But it would be a nice option to have the app go to “night mode” with the rest of my phone. Just my two cents, thanks!

Due to the full white background the App burns the eyes and lights the room better than the torch at night.

Provide a healthy dark background possibility, by default.

Allow a dark mode on the Fitbit app. The all white background is very bright, especially in the morning.
