The watch no longer shows the details of my menstrual cycle. I now have to open the app rather than having the details readily available right on my watch.
I got a Charge 6, and I cannot get the menstrual health to sync with the watch. It looks like several comments have been made about this issue. Can you fit it, please?
Yes!!! I couldn't agree more. It's entirely unacceptable that this issue is either tolerated or ignored by the fitbit developers. Just another example of women's health being disregarded as not important.
The issue for me manifests thusly: the information displayed on the app is correct but the menstrual health widget doesn't correspond with that data at all. It's completely off and theres no way to fix it. This is completely unacceptable, it should be a quick and easy fix to have then syncing
My new Charge 6 does not correctly sync the menstrual cycle data. I was under the assumption the menstrual cycle tracking would work, since it’s listed as a feature.
Quick search shows this has been a bug for months. Guess Fitbit and Google don’t care about women’s health, just our money.
My new Charge 6 is also showing incorrect menstrual cycle data. The information is only correct in the app. Seeing that this has been an ongoing issue for some time. I find the lack of urgency to fix the problem completely unacceptable. Do better!
Someone needs to fix this issue of Charge 6 not syncing with the App. It seems this issue has been all over the forums but no response from FITBIT or GOOGLE. Is it because it only affects women?

I just had my Fitbit charge 6 replaced for other issues and now I’m having this issue with the app and menstrual heath on the tracker not syncing. The phone app is correct.
I’m still finding this! Was just gifted my Fitbit the beginning of this month. If this were an issue with steps being displayed inconsistently, the issue would be fixed immediately. Please fix this issue, as the period tracker and watch-display are very important for everyone who menstruates and uses a Fitbit. Having the period tracker is one of my favourite features that I get with my Fitbit, but the syncing being incorrect and not fixed when the problem is brought forward is frustrating and annoying. If I could fix it myself, I would.
I have just upgraded from my Charge 4 to Charge 6 and I am super disappointed and annoyed to see that the period tracking feature is not working correctly on my Fitbit. It seems that this is an issue that has not been solved in months!! How can this not be a priority to fix????
Same issue here. My app correctly says my period is 7 days away. My Fitbit Charge 6 says "2 to go" and shows the white tracking dot in the middle of the blue section which is supposed to represent the ovulation period.
It is quite strange that such a major feature of this device, is not displaying correct information. This is literally one of the main screens. Did anyone test this? Are there any people with periods who work at Fitbit and own one? Maybe not! I have seen reports of this issue going back to at least October 2023... Please fix this, and not because you get enough comments or votes on this thread, but because your customers paid money for a working tracker and expect one!
Coming here to say it’s been months and it’s still a problem. At the end of October 2024. Fix this. It’s a priority. Huge selling point that is useless and technically a false claim and advertisement. It’ll take someone 2 minutes to fix the glitch. Seriously.
What is the point to having the widget on our watches telling us to log details in the app? That is OBVIOUS! What we want to see is the details that we used to have on the watch about where we are in our cycle. I don't want to open the app to see this info...there are other apps dedicated just to this type of data that I could download instead if I wanted to use an app to view these details. I want the quick access on my watch back!
Well, I left my comment and request about this approximately six months ago: it's been dead silence from fitbit.
Officially canceling my premium subscription TODAY. Happily I have since purchased a different brand of fitness watch that does everything fitbit SHOULD be able to do (but cant)
Thought I was going crazy and didn't know how to read my Charge 6!! So apparently the menstrual tile in app has the correct data and won't sync to display on the device is a known issue for AWHILE now and still no fix. This is pretty obvious a low priority for Fitbit and Google to address. "Women" problems not important.
Same problem. I'm grateful the info stays accurate in the app, but would really like the device to show the same info. When I input the beginning of my period in the app and sync, the device jumps to sometime in the middle of my period instead of the beginning. Usually to right around the ovulation timeframe. It's weird and annoying.
I have had the Charge 6 now for 2 weeks and this issue is still not fixed. This is literally such an easy coding fix, as others have said in the community boards. The fact that Google still hasn't implemented this change of simply mirroring the information that is present in the app is appalling.
Google is making it abundantly clear that people who menstruate aren't a priority as this issue has been made aware for years now.
Fixing a bug in your software, regardless of menstruation, is your priority!!
I just got a fitbit and I am seeing this exact issue happening. Its very discouraging to see this has been an issue for years with the Charge 6 and this has not been prioritized. I wish I knew this before I bought this product.
I do t understand how this has been an issue for years and it’s still not fixed. I have a Charge 6 and the difference between what shows on the device vs the app is about a week’s difference.
Just encountered this same problem. Had my charge 6 for a week and have tried all the fixes. My app is correct and my watch still says 9 to go. This is entirely frustrating as my charge 5 was always correct. Why would I spend the money to "upgrade" and then have the newer version be incorrect?
