The watch no longer shows the details of my menstrual cycle. I now have to open the app rather than having the details readily available right on my watch.
This is still an issue. It's a very basic feature, I don't understand why it can't sync the watch with the app. Also, changing the layout to only show one calendar month at a time makes it harder to find information even on the app. Do the people who design this feature not understand how periods work?
I am now on my 4th Fitbit. Just purchased the charge 6 and still the same issues with menstrual tracking on the device. App is correct it device stuck on 2 days until. Is this just something that will never be addressed??? I just got another software update today and had my hopes up but no go. Still the same. Very disappointed.
This is also still happening on my Inspire 3. Makes the watch entirely useless if you want to track your period. Looks like this was first mentioned as an issue in 2018, ridiculous that it hasn't been rectified. I've been actively dissuading women from buying Fitbit products as a result. Barely a smartwatch if it can't sync with the app.
This isn't a feature request, it's a bug. I've had 2 different models of Fitbit watches and the period always says 1 day until menstral cycle no matter what I do. It's aggregious that you're telling women this is working as designed. Please prioritize your female user's health.
