Don't remove Challenges & Adventures

Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.

I completely agree. I've done a workweek challenge every week for 7 or 8 years. It's why I stick with Fitbit. I won't be doing in future

I just read over your new changes for Fitbit. I would like to ask you a few questions. Have you ever polled your customers to see what features they enjoy? I have been a FitBit customer for many years, and one of the main reasons k buy new Fitbits and stay engaged is for the challenges. I have made many connections through the challenges and those challenges help to keep me moving each day.
I can assure you, if you want good customer relations, you would do well to listen to your target audience. And those in my challenges are also saying the same, that they want the challenges to remain. Challenges, trophies keep it the same.

I am interested to see what new events google can bring to the app. I would like to keep all trophies/badges/challenges for my progress to see how far that I have come. I signed up for premium for the Bingo cards and they have made a massive change in motivation for me in the last year!

If Google is planning on phasing out Fitbit and converting users to their  Google Pixel watch I think they will be disappointed. I read an article comparing the fitness tracking with Apple and they come up short (https://9to5google.com/2022/10/27/apple-watch-pixel-watch/amp/). Apple has more metrics available for free and automatically detects workouts. Both offer enhanced tracking for a monthly fee. I see no reason to stay with Fitbit if challenges are removed and my next purchase will be an Apple Watch hands down.

That is a good idea for iPhone users who will probably switch to an Apple watch.  I am not an IPhone user  I use an android  and since my phone is new I will switch to Samsung watch

REALLY GOOGLE!? You stated that you're doing away with challenges and adventures because quote, "These features "have limited use." You are so disconnected from Fitbit's customer base. Your decision to remove these features and 3rd party apps will be Fitbit's downfall. I have cancelled my Premium subscription and threw my Versa 4 in the drawer of "useless things".  Your stripping of these features and 3rd party apps will tarnish Fitbit/Google and leave absolutely no trust amongst their smartwatch customers. I have moved on to Amazon's Amazfit

GTS 4, which puts Fitbit/Google watches to shame. Your decisions to remove all of Fitbit's wonderful and very "useful" features will forever be a blemish on Google's backside.

I would agree. These challenges have brought my family and friends closer!! I was going to new Fitbits for family members but now will not.

Plzzzzz keep the challenges! I just got my Fitbit and the challenges are my most favorite thing in the world.

Clearly an unthought through choice. Without its unique challenges, what dies fitbit offer? NOTHING!  I purchased the versa 4 for Christmas, was really disappointed with loss of features and now this! Should have returned at the time, but was hopeful  for improvement.

I'm competing in challenges daily/weekly, the competition is really motivating. It is in my opinion the BEST feature, and remains fitbits USP! I'm not at all  bothered about the  trophies.

FITBIT, this needs a rethink.  Could there be some compromise ???? PLEASE

This is a bad move to remove a popular feature from your product. I do not know what changes that Google has done that will make it invalid as March 27, but you need to figure out a way to fix this. People use this to motivate and connect with friends and family.  The only reason there are not more complaints is that most people do not know about it yet

I’m extremely disappointed that the challenges feature is being removed. I constantly have challenges going with family and friends and it helps us keep connected and be doing something together that builds health and wellbeing even though we may be far apart. Encouragement from one another and cheering progress makes us all feel supported. Does Fitbit know about the Sustainable Development Goals?  Global health and wellbeing is one and the challenges certainly contribute to this in the way a simple fitness tracker cannot. Not all of us want an entire smartwatch on our wrist the whole time which is why we chose a Fitbit. Please keep the challenges for mental as well as physical and social wellbeing.

I have just cancelled my subscription and I will be selling all my fitbits and moving to Apple Watches instead. To remove the games removed the whole point my family have it. It keeps us all engaged in fitness. My children love ticking off their tiles and racing us to complete their card. So disappointed. If you told people this before Christmas, your festive profits would have been shocking. I bought 2 devices and I’m pretty sure many other challenge lovers did too

I have been a Fitbit user for years. I have upgraded a ciuple of times. The Challenges are one of the reason why I purchased a Fitbit. I enjoy keeping fit with family and friends. If the Challenges go away, I will just purchase a Smart Watch and keep track of my performance that way. The Challenges is a Great way for us in the community to connect to each other and keep each other on track with our fitness. I enjoy the Challenges and really need them. Please consider keeping them or loose a lot of people who really enjoy them.

If the challenges go away, so will I. Been using Fitbit forever and have always been diehard Fitbit but this has me swayed. If they’re going to replace it with something they deem “better” at least tell us instead of removing everything. Not cool and definitely not a wise business decision. Bye Fitbit 👋

Goodbye Fitbit and Fitbit Premium, the writing is on the wall about future support.  I'm moving over to Mobvoi, the developer support seems better there, vs Fitbit and Google gutting the features and support.

Keep the challenges option. These are a great way for people to keep up their health journey with Fitbit. It was a unique selling point that has kept customers for years.

I suggest very strongly for Fitbit/Google/Alphabet to make a new announcement regarding the disappearing features and for a moderator to do something about all of these unreviewed suggestions.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AWAY THE CHALLENGES!! The challenges have helped me stay motivated for the past 8 years & are are the ONLY reason I’ve not purchased an Apple Watch.  I urge you to please re-consider this decision to sunset challenge and keep them!

I love the challenges and adventures. I don't understand why Fitbit is closing them off on March 27. They should keep them. And I want them to stay.

Google invested in Mobvoi.

Fitbit should keep the challenges. Google, your company code of conduct says "Don't Be Evil." Eliminating the social good accomplished by the Fitbit community is an "evil" move. This is especially true if the move is being made to sell more Google Pixel watches. If the Fitbit social community is killed, I will *not* be buying a Pixel watch.

If Google goes through with this plan, I will definitely steer clear of all Google fitness products in the future. It's a shame that Google feels the need to kill what makes the Fitbit product so special because their focus is the Pixel Watch. Why not continue to have social fitness challenges on BOTH the Fitbit and Google Pixel? Why make both worse?

Right now, I'm researching Garmin and Apple for my next fitness device, and I'm sad to be forced into doing so. I really liked what I already had with Fitbit!
