Don't remove Challenges & Adventures

Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.

Google just took away the best part of Fitbit. Bring back the challenges and the Bingos. Lots of people pay for premium just to have the extra challenges. I’ve been here for over 4 years. Without challenges and groups Fitbit is worthless. I have a lot of Google items I currently use. I’m ready to replace them all. Garmin and Amazon is about to get a lot of new business. You took everything away and offer nothing in return and won’t refund money you got under false pretenses. Google you’re making a huge mistake. Let’s fix this quickly

I absolutely agree. There is a group of us, strangers really, that had a workweek hustle challenge going since covid in 2020. The challenges brought us together and kept us motivated! I’m all for change and improvements, but to remove the challenge feature without providing an alternative solution is extremely disappointing. Several in our group are now exploring other applications and fitness watches because of this. Fitbit/Google, do better!

Please bring back challenges. My siblings and I (all over 65) have been doing the Workweek Challenge for years. We do it every week. Do what you should do Google.

No more challenges means no more fitbit

This is a terrible change. My daughters and I have been doing challenges with each other for close to 10 years. This was a motivation for us to walk and have some fun. Now Fitbit is nothing more than a glorified step counter. No reason to keep it.

Please bring back the challenges!!  The workweek hustle was what kept me moving!  It was a great motivator and helped to keep me focused.  I'm very disappointed!

So upsetting the challenges are gone! That’s the reason I used the Fitbit !

The challenges are what motivate me to use my Fitbit. Please reconsider.

Fitbit is definitely going to lose out. Challenges with people all over the world makes Fitbit great. It helps keep people motivated and pushes them to get more steps. Whoever made this decision, just ruined Fitbit for me. If the Challenges don't come back, this will be my last Fitbit.

It is very frustrating that you removed challenges.
It was very helpful, and it set fitbit apart. Seems like it's time to move to a Samsung watch.

I am so unhappy with the decision to remove challenges! This is the only reason I went with Fitbit!! If you’re going to remove it, it should have been immediately replaced with something comparable!!

I totally agree! All my friends and family that I do challenges with agree. This was a way to push each other and a way to stay in touch in a fun way. It was a great feature that now makes me want to look into a different product that may have something like this and may not be fitbit. Please bring it back

I agree with many others.  The only reason my relatives and I have Fitbits is for the Workweek Hustle.  It motivates all of us and keeps us connected since we live far away from each other.  We're hoping Google/Fitbit decides to bring back challenges or we're all ditching our Fitbits.

Any idea how we can find out if that's even being considered?

Several of my friends and myself are very disappointed that there are no longer challenges. We worked them every week and they motivated us to move a lot more. I have always sworn by Fitbit and told everyone to get one for the challenges. I’ve always been an avid user ever since 2015, have the tan marks to prove it.

Jlfurwa No, Google likes to keep everyone in the dark.

You can do your own challenges on Stridekick. Syncs to fitbit and other types of trackers. Lots of fitbit users there.

Our family of five is incredibly disappointed that all the challenges were removed and no new ones added.  If new challenges are not added, we will be cancelling our premium memberships and changing products…these challenges are the reason we use Fitbit.

BRING BACK THE CHALLENGES! I am so incredibly irritated with Fitbit. I have loved my challenges for many years. This was the BEST part of Fitbit. This is unacceptable.

So now one of my daughters and I are trying a test 1-day challenge on Stridekick to see if it might temporarily work for our family.  I don't like having to use another app.  And Stridekick was a bit "laggy" for us when we went through signing up and creating a challenge.  Maybe because there are so many unhappy Fitbit users trying it out!

That was a miscalculated decision to stop challenges and groups. I've been a customer for 10 years, and the challenges are 1 of the unique features of fitbit.
