Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.
I'm very disappointed that this feature has been removed also. We've had the whole family (nieces, nephews, siblings on both sides...) involved in a weekly Fitbit challenge for years. It motivates, prompts encouragement, and has been a way to keep us connected--especially during COVID shut-downs. Did some suit-and-tie make a random decision to get rid of this feature to cut a few bucks from the budget or what? It makes no sense.
I can't tell you how stupid it was to get rid of the challenges. My friends and myself specifically have continued to by Fitbits, as a way to challenge each other, during the week and on the weekend. We all concur we will never buy another Fitbit. I will be purchasing a Samsung activity tracker now. I canceled my premium membership as well. I'm not sure how you thought this was a good idea, but I can tell you that you are about to lose a TON of customers.
I will no longer be buying or replacing my Fitbit. Getting rid of the challenges is the worst idea. This was why we bought the fit bit to do the challenges with grandparents and kids
As you can see your customers are upset about getting rid of challenges. My Fitbit is useless to me. Don’t try and sell us on “we are updating”
What a bad business decision. Was just about to buy the new Fitbit fancy smart watch version. Phewf. Will be checking out Garmin. All my friends are super disappointed too!
I really hate Fitbit made these bad changes making you do private groups and not being able to select any challenges is a complete meltdown on Fitbit part. I agree with everyone who feels the same way. Fitbit you are going to lose customers if these changes are going to remain. Please add the challenges back
The only reason I have a Fitbit is for the workweek hustle! Why would you remove these?? Updates can be made without removing the only thing most of us use Fitbit for. You’ll be losing a lot of customers.
Im so glad I never bought premium. This is why they got rid of the challenges , thé believe we will buy premium and make them loads of money , the watches are expensive enough and don’t really last long , they claim they are water proof 🙄 as a swimmer I can say they are not! I’ve gone through 4 . At least their costumer service was top notch not sure if it will be now.
I have had Fitbit for 5 yrs and never ever bought premium they charge a great deal for the watch as it is . Premium was just another unnecessary expense. Fitbit was not considering the users when making this decision they just exploded everyone’s workout lifestyle without a care , I need to walk and it is nice to have a group encouraging you , I’m going to look into stride kick.
