Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.
Proud to say I officially off Fitbit and in LOVE with my Garmin Lily. I may actually owe Fitbit a thank you for this. My Fitbit is gone. Didn't even bother to sell it or give it away. Bought in November gone by May. Oh well. Abishop47 on Stridekick. And muting this right away. No desire to receive anything from this company again. I wish I could delete this account. Bye everyone
Can we bring back open groups and challenges. These kept me motivated and kept me moving. Now that both of thwm are gone I don't see a reason to renew my premium subscription. But again fitbit isn't responding to the thousands asking for the same thing. Probably not even reading these.
Taking away the challenges was a huge loss for me. I use the various challenges with friends as a way to add motivation. I haven't seen anything come in behind it that is anywhere close to the benefit of these. Please bring them back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sad that Google got rid of Challenges through the Fitbit app. I had a weekly competition with my siblings and it was a good way to keep each other on track and chat. Please bring back this feature!
Same! I had both family and friend groups that helped keep everyone motivated. I've been a loyal customer for 8+ years and got most of my family into using Fitbits to be part of the challenges. There are other fancier alternatives but Fitbit was a sensible option for different user levels. Without challenges I've seen a huge drop in family usage and I'll likely switch to a brand with more features.
I'm honestly thinking of getting away from wearing my tracker as a watch. The only reason I wore it was to participate in the challenges with my family and friends. I've got way too many. Nice watches not to be wearing them. Google taking over fitbit and killing the challenges really ruined a good thing. My family has completely lost all interest in getting their steps in Each and every day. We are before all this happened. It was always a conversation at the dinner table. Nice job google you ruined it.
We used it too for awhile but it isn’t the same. It doesn’t motivate anyone as much because it doesn’t show up on your watch. All of this is such a shame.
I bought 4 versa 2 for family members so we could participate in Challenges. If Fitbit is removing this feature then we might as well chuck our Versas out!
I did not recommend the Fitbit today when a cashier was interested in my my Fitbit. I shared with her Google owns Fitbit and took away the challenges and did not put them back after many have commented on putting challenges back.
She was grateful for sharing and wasn’t getting one, now.
