Don't remove Challenges & Adventures

Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.

The challenges were the best part of this app - please bring them back.

Shame on Fitbit for taking away the challenges and adventures feature in the app! I've been a user for several years and am constantly doing weekly Work Week Hustle challenges with family members! Maybe with enough mounting pressure at how disappointed we all are as users will force and pressure Fitbit into bringing back the challenges and adventures.

I am so upset with canceling the  challenge portion. My family and I only use fitbits to do the challenges and raise our fitness. I would imagine they are doing it for money reasons and not what they say. “To make it faster”. I bet they release challenges this summer on the premium app. Sadly none of us will be here for that. I am so pissed!

Please bring back the challenges! It is not reason I wear the Fitbit. Connecting and motivating friends and family!

To say I am disappointed that you removed the Challenges is an understatement. It was the only reason why I bought a Fitbit over other competitors. What were you thinking?

Also, why do you give people the ability to 'like' something in the community but not the ability to 'not like' it?

The downgrade of the newer watches (no 3rd party apps etc.) and the removal of challenges are the reason that I will NOT purchase another fitbit

(I am already on my 2nd one and convinced my boyfriend in 2020 to get one as well, but you'll lose us both as customers now, I hope you are satisfied).

Until Fitbit brings back these challenges and adventures, my current Inspire 3 will be the last Fitbit that I purchase. Once my Inspire 3 can no longer function, Fitbit will no longer have me as a customer, so, I concur with IkeaJenny and hope you are satisfied Fitbit.

Well, I guess the decision to get rid of the challenges went through. I guess it's goodbye Fitbit and hello Garmin soon... I'm very disappointed they sold themselves like that. No respect to the community.

There will be no more fitbit devices for me and I'll stop recommending now that they have removed the core features (challenges removed and no 3rd party apps). Before this I'd already convinced 6 people to buy it and now I wish that I hadn't. It's so disrespectful to downgrade your product and then expect us to pay more for it.

Hopefully you plan on bringing the challenges back or updating to some comparable or better. The challenges are one of the main reasons people bought Fitbit.

Where are the new and improved offerings? I don’t see anything new and exciting. I am thoroughly convinced. This is just googles way of destroying Fitbit. But if they seriously think it’s going to make me get a pixel or any other Google product they’re out of their minds because it’s a really clear they don’t care for their customers.

The removal of the challenges is bang out of order. For me and my family/friends it was the motivation to beat each other that made it great. Now there seems no point!

I have been a loyal customer of FitBit even while Apple watches are more appealing on a few levels because of the challenges. I use these challenges as a way to motivate and more importantly stay connected with a friend group each week. We all kept using FitBit for years because we loved the challenges so much! Now that they are gone, all of us are planning to finally make the switch to apple watch. So disappointed and FitBit should be concerned they will loose so many users due to this change!

I agree there is no reason now to keep a fitbit. I kept it so I could  do weekly challenges with my friends. Bring back the challenges. Also why no notification on the app about this change.  The challenge was there and then all of a sudden it was gone we thought it was a glitch until I went and searched the issue and found you removed them.

We have started using the app Stridekick which synchronises with our Fitbits. Worth a go.

Ditto of above. I will now research different options and give Fitbit the chance to fix this with either something new or return the challenges just long enough for me to find a new step counter.
