Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.

The challenges are why I use Fitbit.  I have reoccurring weekly and weekend challenges that I use too connect with friends and family around the country.  I have seen a dramatic increase in my activity levels as a result of the accountability that challenges provide.

The fitbit community is so up in arms.  We love our challenges.  We absolutely hate this idea.  This is part of the reason we love fitbit.   We have been loyal members for so many years.  We have so many friends and trophies because of them.  Absolutely heartbroken.

The challenges are the ONLY reason, that me and friends and family use Fitbit, literally no reason to continue with it. Why would you discontinue, the best feature off the app???

Fitbit are going to lose thousands of people what are they thinking

Will they listen to us I really hope so

Most of us upgraded for Bingo, custom & All for One challenges. Not for workout videos we can find on YouTube. Removing a PAID feature is a shady practice. We want refunds.

The only reason I have a FITBit instead of an Apple Watch is because of the challenges. Please don’t take them away!!

My crystal ball says that the Apple Watch is going to be setting some serious sales records in the coming months.

Challenges, adventures and all the related community support is something that has kept FitBit users together. With these features gone, you are giving a reason for users to switch to other platforms and devices.

I've been with Fitbit since the beginning, primarily because of the community and the way we support each other on our individual journeys.  If they get rid of challenges I'll be looking for a different tracker.

Same here. Me and my kids would not use fitbit if it wasn't for challenges and open community groups.

Fitbit challenges keep me motivated. I love doing them with my family. I have premium specifically for the BINGO. My next tracker will be an Apple Watch.

Challenges are the only thing about the Fitbit app that truly motivates me to move more. Fitbit bingo is the only thing I would truly miss without Premium. Challenges with friends is  quite literally the only reason I haven't considered a different tracker or smartwatch - and a decision like this takes Google products off the list of  possible replacements for me. Huge blow to loyal customers and users, gross and greedy business move.

Keeping Pace

I have in the last month spent a lot to upgrade my Fitbit. I chose to stay with Fitbit despite looking at other companies because of the challenges. It is a way for me to connect in a healthy way with family and friends who I don’t see often. Some friendly competition is a HUGE motivator for me to keep stepping. Without these challenges I will not be purchasing from Fitbit/Google again.

I've been using Garmin for over 20 years but I got a Fitbit so I could enjoy the challenges with my online friends. The challenges are what keep my using the Fitbit but if they are gone, I go back to my Garmin.

Incorporate challenges/achievements in any revamping. The email received today suggests that the challenges will be gone forever. If there is simply a plan for modification and not true elimination, much strife and disappointment can be avoided by letting users know this.

Fitbit. You are alienating people.  One of thr major reasons I like fitbit over other tracksrs is the ability to join the challenges - daily, weekday, weekends and the bingo's.  Removing that removes the ability to connect and challenge my friends.  Otherwise its just me on my own.  Don't care about badges and trophies as I've got all the ones you offer.  But the ability to join challenges keeps me active and engaged. Won't get another if you remove challenges.

Please keep the challenges! It is the main reason I joined Fitbit. It is a huge motivator for me and helps me to lose weight.

Keep the challenges. This is what motivates people to move. Through other platforms like WW your name is shared and suggested because of challenges and having friends.

Looks like this decision didn't go over well. I also love the challenges. It's a feature that has made Fitbit unique and worth having. Unfortunately it's clear that Fitbit knew we wouldn't like this decision and they obviously don't care as they gave us the info on how to cancel our premium membership AND how to delete our entire ACCOUNT. Thanks, Fitbit, glad you're interested in supporting your customers.

Challenges are the only reason I use my Fitbit. I bought an Apple Watch for the better functionality, but I’ve kept using the Fitbit for the challenges. If the challenges go away, I’ll have no reason to wear my Fitbit, or to ever buy a new one. I’ve sunk money into three of them, plus pay for a premium membership. Removing the reason I’m even your customer feels like a huge rip off now.

I agree with everyone who says, "Please do not remove the adventures, challenges, and trophies!" I've been a Fitbit member since 2016, and the main reason I continue my membership is because of the camaraderie while participating in challenges and adventures. There are many other trackers/watches/devices that are considered to be better than Fitbit, but I stay loyal because of the friends I've made and adventures, challenges, and groups I participate in, and trophies earned. These things help keep me motivated. If Fitbit/Google does remove these features, then I will go with another device.
