ECG app for Guam U.S.

The ECG app doesn't work in US territories. Please fix the app so it recognizes that the territories are part of the US. I'm sure it works in Hawaii, it can work here. Or at least warn people that it won't work before they purchase, because your website lists territories as state options--no way to know it won't work for us!
